Reserve Orders: A deposit of one-third of the list price will be required to confirm an order for delivery or pickup at a later date. The maximum holding time will be thirty days unless other specific arrangements have been made. The deposit is non-refundable and will be credited to the final third of the order when delivered to the customer. (This policy is intended to prevent speculation orders that are likely to be cancelled and to insure that all customers have equal access to our inventory.

Customer Pick-up: We can expedite pick-ups if orders are made 24 hours in advance. The customer is responsible for protective cover for transporting stock.

Terms: All order are COD on delivery unless other arrangements have been made. Master Card and Visa are accepted ($100.00 minimum purchase). Interest of 2% added on all past due accounts (24% annum) plus cost of collections.

Claims: No claim will be considered on stock picked up by the customer. Claims will be considered on delivered stock only at the time of delivery. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment, via phone, by the person who placed the order. In no case will JimKen Nursery be responsible for more than the price of the stock in question.

Guarantee: No warranty - expressed or implied - given by JimKen Nursery as to the life, description, quality, productiveness, or any other matter of nursery stock of materials we sell. We will not be in any way responsible for the condition of plants after delivery to the customer.

Telephoning: When possible, call your order in ahead of time so we can have it ready for you. However, if there are certain items you need to see first, we are glad to wait to get your order up after you've arrived and looked at the plants. Please don't order unless you are certain, because there is no profit in getting up an order and then putting it back! A 15% restocking fee is charged for those occasions.

Labeling: The fee for us to label each plant is $.25 per plant; if you want the labels, but can put them on yourself, the cost is $.15 per label.

Prices: Prices are FOB our nursery and are subject to change without notice. We sell only to WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS; PLEASE DO NOT BRING RETAIL CUSTOMERS TO THE NURSERY. Prices that are listed cancel all previous quotations.
